Absolutely mind-blowing support! The staff came to open the doors in the middle of the night when the mobile lock didn't work. The location was super convenient, with many places reachable by foot. Having 2 bathrooms was a great plus. Irene at the reception was friendly and kind, even surprising us with a bottle of vine. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was decently clean upon arrival. The cleaner lady came after 3 nights to change towels, fill up toilet paper, and make the beds. Supermarkets and the tube station were minutes away, and there was a bus stop right outside. Highly recommended for a great time in this beautiful city! The apartment was modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the kitchen had all the necessary cookware and utensils. The living room was spacious and bright, and the area was quiet with plenty of shops and restaurants. The apartment was conveniently located between two subway stations. We can't wait to come back! The place was spacious and modern, with a convenient mobile access app. The hot water worked well, and the shower was nice. There were useful amenities like an iron and hairdryer. The location was pretty good, with a 15-minute walk to La Rambla. The living room had a TV for entertainment, and there were full-sized mirrors in the living room and one of the bedrooms. Although the outdoor patio area was great for photos, it wasn't a relaxing spot due to the surrounding buildings. The late checkout until 12pm was a kind gesture.

it was located in a peaceful area in the city centre. the entire interior decor was modern. everything was good and i got ironing for free. helpful employees, i loved that.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is very close to the cathedral and situated between two subway stations. It is also relatively close to the main tourist attractions in the city center. the rooms were spacious and modern, with full-sized mirrors in the living room and one of the bedrooms. the hotel provided an iron and hairdryer, which were very useful amenities.

The mobile check-in process was confusing and the shower design in the bathroom was flawed, making it difficult to shower without getting water on the floor.

Brand new appartments building, we have been the first tourists to rent the appartment; for this reason there was an issue with the hot water installation, but the personnel was really responsive and the case was completely resolved within an hour (even out of their business hours). Very accurate description of the facilities and amenities on the site. Excelelnt location in the city - well connected, downtown, enough restaurants and shops in the vicinity, safe area; Very good value for the price and I strongly recommend it to families with children or small groups of 3-4 people.

Apartment was new and beautifully furnished. Everything was spotless. Katya who greeted us was most helpful and very friendly. We loved coming back to this apartment after a long day sightseeing. Area is quiet but convenient.

I always stay here because it's amazing! The staff found my lost necklace once, so I'll never forget them. It has Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, cooking utensils, AC, a TV. Perfect for me. Can't wait to come back for my holidays!

The parking entrance and difficulty to maneuver the car in is a problem when you drive anything bigger than a Smart Car.

Feel like at home, have all the facilities (washing machine, microwave, kettle, freezer/refrigerator, coffee machine, plates, cooking utensils, etc) for those who like to have long stay, especially family. Quite near to Barcelona Sant railways station, easy taxi access.

Far from happenings in Barcelona, quite far from metro station. No telephone in the room. Located in a quite deserted area, not recommended for single person especially ladies. Since it is apartment-style management, the office is not at the location. The premise was locked from inside (was surprised and confused, expecting hotel-type managment); need to sms / call to make appointment to see staff before your arrival.

The apartments at Sleep Urgell By Stay in Barcelona are absolutely stunning! The living rooms are spacious and have a flat-screen satellite TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. The kitchenette is well-equipped with everything you need, including an oven, fridge, and microwave.

Personally, I found that the lack of a balcony in some units was a bit disappointing. But hey, that's just my personal preference!

It is a very quiet, comfortable, clean appartment hotel with all necessary facilities, even with oven. The location is good because it is situated between two metrolines, in 10 minutes to all touristic views and places. The staff on the reception is very nice. When we arrived they complimented us with a bottle of very good wine. We definitely recommend to stay here.

First of all, we had only two small towels during the stay (5 nights) - one for legs and one for hands. And nothing changed when we asked the staff to bring us more. Also, our room lived its own life especially at nights)) the shower began dripping very loud, different short noises appeared.

The apartment was clean and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The kitchen accessories, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board were provided, which was convenient. The location was great, close to all the attractions and within walking distance. It was also nice to have a 24-hour supermarket and cafes nearby for easy access to food and amenities.

The lobby of the property was not clean and welcoming. The hot water in the shower was not adjustable and could be scalding.

It is really nice place, well organized and with a reallz good staff. We meet a guy there, called Carlos, that was so friendly and helpfull. Thanks very much for the time that we were in Barcelona.
